I'm taking pictures for fun, without hope of a profit or any compensation. I don't think I'm particularly good at this, I hope to not be particularly bad.

I publish under Creative Commons license. If you find a watermarked picture you would like to print, contact me, I'll send you the unwatermarked original in full resolution. I only watermark due to some infamous new UK-legislation which just might allow someone to use the shots commercially if someone else strips the metadata. I do not endorse commercial use of my images.

Generally if I publish a picture of a person on Flickr I will do so because I think they look awesome. If you find yourself in one of my shots, it was probably because I think you looked awesome or very interesting, and the scene was interesting enough to share with the public.

If you recognize yourself in a picture and feel your personality rights have been infringed upon, PLEASE contact me before running for a lawyer, I will remove the picture immediately.

If you recognize yourself and only wish for the full resolution copy, or a print, please contact me! I will provide a free print of a relevant size (from a printing service in your locality) to anyone who recognizes themselves. (I will want some sort of proof.)

Sollte sich jemand von seinem Portrait doch gestört fühlen, dann MELDET EUCH BITTE bei mir, bevor ihr zum Anwalt rennt. Im Zweifelsfall verdienen sowieso nur die Anwälte, und nicht Ihr. Ich entferne alles auf den ersten Hinweis hin!

Jeder der sich selbst erkennt und mich kontaktiert erhält das Original in voller Auflösung und wenn gewünscht bezahle ich einen Abzug in relevanter Größe von einem üblichen Fotoservice.
