I am an avid photographer that has been shooting as a hobby since 2003. All of my work is copyrighted and is not allowed for use unless given permission by me. I do sell my work so feel free to contact me if you would like to buy any prints or use any images for commercial or other uses.

My primary goal in photography is to capture beauty in unexpected places. While this is not the only thing I shoot, it is an aspect I particularly enjoy because the personal reward is a more visually appealing world. For this, common every day things seen in a new light, machinery, rusty objects, abandoned places and and other often overlooked items tend to appear in my photographs.

I can also be found setting up scenes to capture what I dream up. I also find this particularly interesting because sometimes I end up with a photograph I personally love that differs from what I initially imagined. (The "happy accident").

Lastly I enjoy photographing portraits of both people and animals, landscapes, and anything else I find fascinating that happened to get in front of my lens ;-)
