Nic has really impressed me with her dedication to photography. She is such an active member of our PAD group (and for almost 2 years now) - always encouraging others and developing her own skills by participating in all kind of challenges outside the main themes as well as studying a formal course in photography and working on her photoshop skills. I don't know how she manages to fit it all in!
