My name is Nghi pronounced "nee" like your knee. I have always loved photography growing up watching my father and my uncles shoot film. I've owned a couple of film cameras myself and picked up my first dSLR - a Nikon D80. The D80 is now gone but I'm still learning and observing. I love to be able to capture a moment in time and share it with others. There is so much going on in this world every single day... so many stories told... so many journeys traveled... so many adventures.
Photography for me, is an escape... a creative outlet... it makes you appreciate the everyday... the ordinary and the extraordinary. Most of all, it brings people together and reminds us of our humanity despite our differences.
Thank you for visiting and sharing.

I admire Nghi`s photojournalist approach to photography aswell as post processing - it`s this kind of work that keeps me motivated and it`s the kind of look I am striving to achieve. His photos are ones that truly tell a story in a personal and retrospective way - keep up the great work!
Read lessI honestly don't know where to start when trying to discuss the impact and outstanding beauty of Nghi's work and character. I don't feel my words could do either justice. I will nevertheless try. His work is powerful, wise and loving. Everything I aspire for my own work. Thank you for being such an inspiration.
