National Farm Worker Ministry is a faith based organization which supports farm workers as they organize for justice and empowerment.

Nearly two million farm workers work in our orchards and fields, plant nurseries, dairies and feedlots. 85% of our fruits and vegetables are hand harvested.

Without farm workers our multi-billion dollar agricultural industry would not survive. Despite this, farm workers labor long hours for low wages and suffer from heat stress and exposure to pesticides and other chemicals.

Isolated and excluded from some of the laws protecting other industry laborers, farm workers rely on the help of consumers to achieve justice in the fields.
