I have a strange, strange fascination with taking pictures of lights and lighting fixtures.

I am in love with my Canon Digital Rebel XSi and my 50mm f/1.8 lens. I also use the 18-55mm kit lens and a 75-300mm telephoto from time to time.

By day, I play with a lot of yarn and sticks, and then I do pretty much the same thing at night. So there are more pictures of yarn and knitted or crocheted objects than one might expect. Context for most of the yarn-related photos can be found at my knitting blog.

Hopefully, as soon as I have time to get out and explore my new surroundings, there will be other, more interesting photos. There are other random, probably not interesting at all photos on my tumblr. That's me, posting silly pictures all over the internet.
