Most recently, I've been part time photographer for our county parks system. That explains the number of park pictures found in the photostream. It's a part-time gig which suits the retired lifestyle well. Based on Flickr Explore, it looks like the images are generally interesting. Hope you find them so. Our parks are gorgeous.

Stepping into retirement was a liberating time, those weeks and months after opening a new door. That seems like a long time ago. Many things have changed, many things have come and gone, what is ahead, I do not know.

Staying safe and healthy is the ongoing task and trying to help the family do the same is where I am. Photography remains an important element in all of it. I am a hard-working, tax-paying patriot who has served my country. That just makes family all the more important to me.
