Born in Glasgow, I studied photography at college and worked in industrial and commercial photography running my own business for 18 years. During this time I also started designing and constructing furniture in my spare time. Photography has now been relegated to a serious hobby and joinery work has taken over as my career.

I now live in Kirkcaldy, Fife. I run my own kitchen fitting and general joinery business catering to clients throughout Fife and the east coast of Scotland. I have in the past carried out a variety of joinery work for a wide range of clients including: theatre & television companies, where I was involved in Set design & construction; Museums & Art galleries where I designed and constructed exhibition space and sets for special events. I have a good portfolio of both domestic and commercial clients and have personally fitted over 300 kitchens.
