I took up photography as a hobby NOT because of the women/models to be met, or the 'prestige' that comes with the title, or because it's the latest trend. I took up photography because it's a form of self-expression. I only post pictures with personal significance. I want my shots to be closely connected to human emotion & its processes. I want my shots to EVOKE emotion, MANIFEST emotion, & in some cases.. STIR thought & awareness.

A Canon 7D & 50mm f/1.8 serve as my workhorse rig.

One would quickly notice that most of my shots are vivid in terms of color; others would say that my shots are "saturated". It's not exactly intentional, but that's how my pictures tend to look after post-processing. Maybe it's a manifestation of how I see things/subjects in reality - and how I imagine them in my ideal world.
