Welcome to my page and thanks for taking the time to view my photographs. I am a photographic image maker ~ I take & make photographs and am inspired by all genres of photography.

I have been interested in Therapeutic Photography (TP) for many years and in 2025, I was lucky enough to complete a postgraduate course and gain a qualification in this specialism. If you are unfamiliar with what TP is, it's a technique that focuses on using photography for self-exploration and self-discovery. It involves a structured approach that can be used with individuals or groups, and has pre-defined outcomes. These include, promoting self-esteem, self-efficacy, resilience and empowerment, whilst at the same time, enhancing wellbeing. It is underpinned by various theories taken from the fields of psychology, psychotherapy, sociology and philosophy.
