The firm of Neat Contech was founded in 1986 and has a factory in Humansdorp and Bushmans River (Eastern Cape, South Africa).

Neat Contech carries a wide variety of pre-cast concrete products and has the permit to carry the SABS-mark on its brick and paving products. The pre-stressed Ribs for the suspended flooring systems supply areas from East London to Plettenberg Bay.

In July 2006 the Neat Stone Okavongo Range was launched and in December 2006 the Iron Stone Etosha was started. These two products have been very successful as they offer two choices - the Okavongo Range combines three differenct sized cobbles that create a modern, sophisticated look. The Iron Stone Etosha range combines the paving slabs with three other sized paving blocks that together create a rustic yet timeless look. Both products also have cobbles for driveways that put the final finishes to any property.

Neat Contech brought out two new retaining wall blocks under the license of GreenLock in January 2007. These blocks are the R12 with the rock face exterior and the other is the V12 smooth block . They are very attractive as well as offering a secure means of retaining earth banks and stablising sites. The blocks come in a sandstone colour which has an earthly natural feel or in plain cement colour and they are proving to be very successful and popular. The blocks are small enough to work with and are cost effective. The GreenLock range has been very exciting to work with and the clients have been ecstatic over the end result.

It is very important to stay with the times and to introduce more modern lines on any product and Neat Contech has proven that they will keep on striving to do that along with keeping the quality that they are known for.
