The NC Museum of Art is one of the premier visual arts museums in the Southeast.

Visitors are welcome to use hand-held cameras without flash or tripod. Certain copyrighted 20th-century works may not be photographed. Be sure to check the wall label located beside each work of art for permission. Photography is not permitted in special exhibitions, and video recording is not allowed inside the Museum or at Museum Park Theater events.
