In recognition that something profound was missing in the discussion of dogs, Kevin Behan founded the Natural Dog Training method in the 1980’s, and continues to transform the way people view their pets through his blog, training and seminars. His first book, entitled Natural Dog Training was first published in 1992. His second book, Your Dog Is Your Mirror, discusses to a further extent his idea of a group purpose at work in man's best friend, as well as the groundbreaking premise of the emotional connection between a dog and its owner as the underlying reason behind canine behavior.
