When I was a child I wanted to be a photographer. And a writer and an actress and a musician and a lecturer and an archeologist and an anthropologist and an activist and a journalist. I've realized along the way that I can't be a Jill of all trades, but I can be of some.

I've worked in the advertising industry since January 1999 and now offer my services as a creative consultant to the industry, my most recent consultancy stints in 2012 being with Vodafone in the Fiji Islands and Grey Worldwide in Colombo.

I finally ventured into my primary passion of photography in late March 2010, photographing practically any field that comes my way including travel, live music, photojournalism, art photography, fashion, food, commercial photography and more.
