Want a bit more info? I live in Melbourne, Australia. I've lived in Fort Collins, Colorado (USA) and San Jose, California (USA). I love bright colours, colours in general (ie not non-colours like neutrals and beiges), cats, water, gardens, bushland, native plants (from where ever I am living at the time), walks, cycling, sunsets (and sunrises if I get to see them), travel, trains,knitting, spinning, dyeing yarn and fabric, and of course quilting! We are setting up a sustainable vegie and fruit garden, have water tanks, etc and are trying to reduce our consumption (ha, with a yarn and fabric obsession such as I have....).

In December 2009 I was diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer. I've done chemo and an operation, so far so good :-)
