I wrote the piece below a while ago....Lots has changed. The fact that I love looking at the world through the lens of a camera...has not.

Almost 2 years into this great adventure of looking at the world through the lens of a camera, and I must say....what a great adventure it's been!
To say that photography has changed my life is a pretty big understatement. I thought that hiding behind a camera would insulate me further from social callings, and instead, it's opened up the door to some great new friendships; both physical and virtual.
I look at my early work, versus my current work and see a distinct change in style and perception. I'm still evolving. In my mind, I have an idea of what my ideal picture is, but getting there is proving to be quite an ordeal.
Here's to the continuation of this great journey!
