I am a 31 year old photographer based in Melbourne, Australia.

Truth be told, I didn't begin my photography career with any grand aims or talent - I simply bought a dog and wanted to record those cute puppy shots! As is the case with most budding photographers though, you begin to want to take photos of everything and it all snowballs from there.

Animal Photography

It wasn't until I started shooting animals at the zoo that I found my niche and worked out what I was good at and what I enjoyed the most. I found I could walk around for hours waiting for that great shot of a Gorilla or Lion, and that was when I started selling my images, and also began to use those images to help those animals out and raise funds for conservation. It was a great day when BOS (Borneo Orangutan Survival) could use my Orang-utan images at Auction to raise funds.
