I am from Geneva, Switzerland, I lived in the Bay Area for two years between 2005 and 2007. I just moved to Encinitas, CA.

My life in San Francisco has been the starting point to my passion for photography. I felt that I had to catch every minute of this wonderful experience.

In the past, I did not care too much about capturing the moments of my travels; I thought that the memories would be enough in the long term. This time it felt different.

I try to learn about he people I meet. I talk to them, and this gives meaning to the world I live in.

Nathalie is simply brilliant. A thoughtful, passionate and true artist in every way. She captures life on every level and takes the time to get to know her subjects, no matter how fleeting the moment. Her images are crisp, and her compositions are flawless. Welcome to her world, it's a beautiful place.

Sometimes Nathalie's biggest laugh occurs when you least expect it. It explodes. She cannot control it. It consumes her and, therefore, you as well. Like the best meal that you've ever experienced. Sometimes Nathalie's biggest laugh occurs when you least expect it. It explodes. She cannot control it. It consumes her and, therefore, you as well. Like the best meal that you've ever experienced. Every bite, every thought between, every nuance that your taste buds experience. Nathalie is simultaneously complicated and simple; everything and nothing; obscure and distinct. Her work is pure. It simply is. Nathalie is Nathalie.

Nathalie is a beautiful person -- on the inside, on the outside, in her heart and in her head. She is one of the most enthusiastic and loving people I've ever met. She's contagious in that way. She loves life and she loves people, and I think both those things come through in her photography. I count myself … Read more

Nathalie is a beautiful person -- on the inside, on the outside, in her heart and in her head. She is one of the most enthusiastic and loving people I've ever met. She's contagious in that way. She loves life and she loves people, and I think both those things come through in her photography. I count myself sooo lucky to know her. (ps: she's also a riot, which makes the whole package almost unfair.)

landscapes, people portraits...street life...no matter what she does, it´s always full of class, and a pleasure to the people that, like me, try to make a stop in her work everyday.

Here is someone who works for the people and in the process, learns new things herself. Her pics speak a lot and its a pleasure going through the portraits of the students from different countries. May there be an increase in her tribe.

nathalie has the incredible ability to picture people. most of her shots seem to be taken spontaneous, no artificial light or special setting - though they transport the moment and character so well. beside these stunning portraits, there are some wonderfully composed and/or colored photos as well.
