DEC 2010: 7D in the house! I've been adding new gear in 2011 and stoked about what's to come.

FEB 2009: I completed the course but didn't really gain all of the knowledge I thought I might. However, though Flickr and Photo meetups, I am gaining a lot of insight. I would like to make the time to read a lot more and do experimenting with my photography to enhance my shots. Still loving shooting as it brings me so much joy.

AUGUST 2008: Finally taking that class I've been meaning to get around to - YAY! Digital Photography. The future looks so good (and maybe a littler sharper and colorful, too!)

NOV 2007: Received my new baby, Bella: Canon Rebel XTi. Life is good.

ORIGINAL: I've always had a love of photography but would love to take a class or two. My Uncle Dougie gave me my first camera, which I still have, and I've been hooked since high school. I am using a Canon Digital Rebel and enjoy outdoor scenery, finding the extraordinary in the ordinary and capturing family pics.

Flickr has some wonderful people and I'm so glad to be able to see other ideas and perspectives to help me along in my journey of photography.

I think it's almost time for a new camera!!
