This is written as of 11th March 2019.

As people usually do, I started my photography interest with a compact camera. I believe it was an Olympus of the digital variety, honestly cannot remember the model but I do know it ended it`s life in the hands of my father ( it literally suddenly stopped working ).

After that I decided to invest in a Nikon; a D40X and standard kit lens, then probably a couple of years or so later I upgraded to a D90 and over the years purchased a number of lenses to accompany said camera.

Due to a number of increasing health problems with both me and my wife my Nikon kit has been retired by trading in and I now have a Panasonic LX100 MK1 and my new love; a Fujifilm X100F ( an amazing camera) . Both of which are so much easier to carry but still offer very good image quality.

One day I might even go somewhere to take some great pics :-)

It appears that since I last wrote an entry here; things have taken a turn . Firstly I ended up with an additional camera ; the Panasonic G80. Unfortunately due to life having a hissy fit with my wife and myself I have not posted many photos since the Christmas of 2021. So as of today I have sent all my camera gear for evaluation to MPB and depending on their assessment I hope to return soon with one camera and one lens.

We will see what the future brings !

Well; It's now 26th April 2023 ! The gear I now possess is a second hand Fujifilm x-pro2 and a 23mm f1.4 + 35mm f2. I certainly hope this helps me concentrate on improving my photography 😏
