I just take my photos for fun and if other people like some of them then that's a real bonus for me.

I've had cameras on and off since I was a kid but never really took it too seriously.

I've been lucky over the years as my work in construction has given me access to some really exciting subjects. One or two of these are included here.

I welcome all comments/suggestions and it's always a pleasure to receive flickrmail from fellow travellers.

Sadly my trusty fujifilm S7000 was left behind when I had to hurriedly leave Libya. Maybe some revolutionary photgrapher is recording that nation's history on it...

Nikon D5000 now the weapon of choice.
