All righty. What shall I say here...I´m 23 yo and I´ve taken interest in photography in summer 2008. I´m not really sure how it´s possible since naturally I had had the opportunity to photograph many times before (mainly during holidays) and it´d never meant anything to me. Perhaps it was partly due to my mum´s enthusiastic support although that would be a pretty idiotic reason since everyone knows it´s every single mum´s task to make their kid/s feel confident and successful :).

I don´t intend to become a professional photographer (I´m fairly sure it would no longer be attractive to me because I´m allergic to any duties :) ) however that doesn´t mean I wouldn´t like to improve and listen to constructive criticism from those who DO know what they´re doing with their cameras (as I´m not one of them).

Therefore: I´ll gladly accept any sort of advice people who share my interest can give me. That means I don´t mind negative reactions as long as they actually specifically explain why they are negative and/or what I should work on to avoid making the same mistakes all over again.

NOTE: What I can´t understand is why at a site where mainly amateur photographers gather there are so many groups with the need to make some sort of advertisements. It really annoys me when people attach to their comments trillion stupid pictures, avatars or whatever it is, and the most cheeky ones don´t even find it inappropriate to advertise their own photography. Thus, when such person doesn´t have anything important to say to the matter (i.e. specific photograph), I´m going to delete such comments.

A QUOTE by a local (i.e. flickr) photographer I found amazing: "A good photographer knows, even without seeing his pics, if he had made good image. Delete the bad pics. I mean, delete them, get rid of them. Having to make this choice will improve your judgement. All photographers take bad pics, the good ones just choose not to show them."

And a huge thank you to for the pro account.
