I am the mother of four little ones 6 and under.

I became a SAHM with the birth of my third and this is where I picked up my camera again. I was the girl at school that always had a camera in her bag. But I missed out on photography in highschool since it was full when I signed up the first time and got involved in drama. (How I wish I could change that) I have always had the natural eye but I am really just learning about the camera and everything it can do. I to upgraded my camera recently to a Canon 50d. I hate the flash I love natural light. I generally will only use my flash if I have to. I will even try to set up light before I use a flash! I like to look at people's work and soak it in. I love shooting food, don't ask me why. I absolutly love Candid Photos, they show real feeling and emotion more than "cheese" smile for the camera. Of course my kids end up being the main subject a lot of the time or whatever is around the house or whatever I cook since I am stuck at home much of the day. I can't wait to be able to take a photo shop class and learn about post processing more. For now I edit mostly using Picnik.com or Paint.net. I have challenged myself to a new group for SOOC as well!!
