A career in Interior Design and Architecture is to become a successful designer, combining my interest and talent in art as well as bringing eco-efficiency into safe environments. Since I started studying for Interior Design at college, to me every aspect of the subjects I get are exciting and interesting to learn. My inspirations come from other designers and environments when I research for every project, which gives me the desire to make my projects unique and innovative. I am very confident working in groups as it gives me the opportunity to listen and take on board the opinions and ideas of other students. In addition, I enjoy working individually to develop my own style and presentation techniques. The subjects I am currently studying cover a wide range of contexts such as interiors, exhibitions, retail designing and digital imaging. On the employment field as an Interior Designer, I will get the opportunity to work independently as well as with other designers. The job will also give me the prospect of working in foreign countries, which will broaden my interest in discovering designs in different places and get inspired. After gaining experience working as a designer with a company, I will consider starting up my own business. Studying Interior Design has given me the opportunity to be creative and develop new skills that I have been fascinated for space, colour and design.
