I enjoy photography and would not consider my self as a professional but a keen amateur who is keen to learn and improve with advice provided by fellow photographers.

My interest in photography grew when i used to follow the world famous safari rally with photographers like Aziz.Islamshah, Azim, late Azhar, late Mohammed Amin,M. Qureshi,Jilo Qureshi,Jitty Singh and others. During that period we used to use film cameras and my first camera was a Nikon F2 ,a wonderful piece of equipment.

I left Kenya in 1979 and moved to England to complete my education and during this period my interest in photography took a back stage but gradually i started to get back into it and after meeting my brother's father in law (Maqsood Mughal)the interest and passion for photography came back.

I then invested in new camera, Nikon of course, and first bought D200, then D700 and D3x.,D800E, and using lens like 105mm,80 - 400mm F 5.6,70 - 200mm F2.8,200 - 400 mm F4 1:4 AF-S,Nikkor 400mm F2.8G and others.

Under the influence and guidance of my brothers father in law,Maqsood Mughal, I have managed to improve and capture some nice wildlife photographs.

Every year I look forward to my trip back to Kenya with the hope of getting even better pictures than last time and pick some more tips from Maqsood Mughal.
