When I first saw one of your awesome monster shots it was like someone opened a window to my childhood years and I could see my little self again - walking almost every Sunday afternoon to our smalltown movie theater which was run by a very nice old lady at the time. She never asked for my age, just sometimes gave some advice if the movie may be a bit too scary for young folks. But most often I spent my pocket money to watch Godzilla and all the other fascinating Kaijus ... and I had a smashing time (pun intended) destroying silly model cities made of bricks, Lego and cardboard, pretending to be Godzilla, roaring and grunting in our kitchen. To me every single one of your awesome photographs seems to be taken right off the screen of the beloved movie theater in my home town. The theater is closed for decades now - but here I can still watch my favourite movie monsters! So thank you very much for bringing back all those wonderful memories and for celebrating the King of the Monsters: the one and only Godzilla!
