I was born on my Great-Grandma Emma's birthday. If it seems I shoot a lot of flowers it's because she had an amazing garden in her backyard in rural Minnesota and I inherited her green thumb. I grew up, lived on the coast of California, and down south in Georgia. Flowers are universal. They speak the same language wherever you go.

Testimonials

Besides have the best name ever, Shanon is most well known as the Queen of Diptychs! Her photos are so lovely and creative -- a visit to her stream is always an eye candy treat! She has a fun & crazy side that I adore too! I don't know how we found each other, but I'm so very glad we did! ♥♥♥♥♥

Shanon is a wonderful flickr-friend and photographer. Her stream is filled with gorgeous shots of flowers and gardens, and it always makes me feel summery and warm inside when I look at it. She is also a warm and lovely person, always encouraging others with her comments! xoxo Moa
