MuseoPics the free on-line museum is pleased to Picture the Past on Flickr - 15,000 BC to 15,000 AD.

MuseoPics is a nonprofit photography project started in 2009 by award winning photographer Paul E Williams, to create a professional photography resource for teachers, students, bloggers, journalists, publishers, documentary makers, scholars and lovers of the past. The thousands of wonderful museum antiquity photos on MuseoPics' site include collections from famous archaeological museums, as well as important antiquity collections from the harder to visit smaller archaeological museums of Europe, the Near East & North Africa. Museopics hi-res antiquity photos have become a useful editorial resource regularly licensed by publishers and documentary makers, who find it difficult to access professional quality photos of specific museum antiquities any other way. MuseoPics photos also cover amazing archaeological and historic sites so antiquity photos can be connected to where they were excavated.
