Photography - from portraiture to event coverage, to simple snaps with my family - is my passion and is ever so slowly taking over my life.

I'm constantly striving for perfection and learning new techniques and ways to shoot a scene or develop my own skill.

My style is to capture images that reflect the mood of the moment, the personalities and dynamics of those in the frame.

Current equipment is:

- a faithful Canon 400D with battery grip

- Canon 50D with battery grip

- Canon 50mm f1.4 USM lens

- Canon 17-55mm f2.8 IS USM

- Canon 70-200mm f2.8 USM

- Canon 430EX II with Gary Fong Lightsphere II and a Sto-Fen Diffuser

- all carried in either a Lowepro Stealth Reporter D100 AW or D550 AW depending upon the kit requirements.

You will also however find a handful of shots in my photostream that are taken with a Fuji F20 or Sony W215 compact digital camera.
