Some people guard their gear list as though it were a life-threatening secret if others knew what they used. I don't subscribe to that belief and am into sharing knowledge and know-how, so if you have a question about a particular shot in how I obtained a certain "look," feel free to drop me a line...

GEAR: I currently shoot with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II camera and the following lenses...

Canon 24-105mm L IS USM f/4 (there is a reason those L lenses are so much more expensive)

Canon 50mm f/1.4 (beauty shots)

Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro (super sharp!)

Canon IS 70-300mm f/4-5.6 (great portrait lens for peeps who don't know their picture is being taken)

Tokina 10-17mm f/3.5 (fisheye rules!)

Note, however, that the majority of the pictures on my profile were shot on my Canon EOS 40D. I used to own the Sigma 17-70mm but recently sold it since I upgraded my kit.

POST: I use Aperture for basic organization and image enhancement and Photoshop CS3 for advanced post-processing and completion.

OLDER: I used to shoot with a Canon Powershot A80 (great swivel screen!) and used a wide angle/macro adapter on that. My infamous "sebaceous cyst" pictures were shot using this camera. I
