I'm a retired meteorologist (you might have guessed the "retired" part by the age of some of my photos which were taken in the dark ages with a Pentax SLR 35 mm camera). As a long-time amateur photographer I have used cameras ranging from a Kodak box camera as a youngster to Single Lens Reflex cameras to modern digital cameras and cellphones. I take photos of whatever catches my eye. Still interested in meteorology, I like taking skyscapes which I think can be as beautiful as landscapes.
