I am currently living in Melbourne, Australia. I got in to photography as a hobby when I lived in Japan for three years
When I was in Japan I started using a Canon IXY Digital L2, but it died on a trip to Hokkaido. I loved that camera and I will probably get it repaired.
I am now use a Canon EOS Kiss Digital X, I have also been usuing a friends point and shoot camera and just bought my own Canon Ixus 801S. I got it so I could start doing macro shots again. It has a few more functions than the Canon IXY I had in Japan, so I will have fun learning how to use it.
Thanks for stopping by I hope you like my pictures.

Everytime I see his pics of Japan, I am very surprised and want to get his sence of filtering... Thanks friend. I am hounored I can share your collection!!!
Matthew has me in awe. Constantly. I am thrilled to see his photos; his eye on the world around him. Perspectives change, colours jump out, tiny objects become visible...when you have your camera in hand. Thank you for inspiring me to be a better photographer. Thank you for being my friend. :)
