Hi Friends,

I'm Nikita Tachibana. I'm mostly a gamer/desktop streamer and an avid amateur photographer who's also interested in story telling, filmmaking and occasionally dabbling in outdoor IRL streaming. I started taking photos back in 2002 as a means of creating memories with a cheap Sony DSC-T1 point and shoot. Eventually I finally bought my first dSLR which was the Canon EOS 400D and kept it's kit lens for it's life-time, whilst I learn how to use the thing. At the time, this was the best thing I've ever! I discovered there's something fun about taking photos but knowing how to use it, well.. I had no clue but I was still addicted to pressing that trigger!

My flickr is more about a personal journey into the world of photography, learning learning as I go. I attempt to colour correct, retouch bad photos; with the hopes of presenting something decent that you can enjoy! None if my images/photos are shot with a phone; they are all shot with DSLR of some description and occasionally good ole fashion film.

As usual, constructive criticism is always welcomed.
