My name is Jennifer Marie Gifford and my fiance’ Jay Johnson and I would personally like to say Thank You for visiting our page.

A little about Us

I have had a passion for photography for as long as I can remember. Born and bread true to the core Floridians we love to be outdoors. I love the beach while he loves nature, we spend as much time as we can exploring this beautiful world God has created for us. We both work full time jobs and do photography in our spare time. I work for my families business while he works in The Villages. My parents opened their first Subway when I was 2 and we currently own 5 locations in the Marion County area. My brother and I both work for the family business. I run the office while he runs the stores and together we plan to carry on the family legacy. While Subway and family are my main priority I cannot deny this passion I have for photography. It’s all I think about. I am constantly coming up with different ideas and images in my head. My dream is to make these images in my head come to life in my photography.

I am trained in natural and studio lighting however my space is limited at the moment. I love to travel to different locations and try new things so don’t hesitate to contact me with any crazy ideas you may have. I love to create different and out of the ordinary images. I have been shooting families and kids for the last 4-5 years and love the time that I get spend with my amazing clients. I feel so blessed to be apart of their lives and I just love watching the little ones grow up. I love fashion and fine art photography and while some may say that you can’t combine the two I know some that say those people are very wrong and I am one of those people. Just look at Miss Aniela. I am inspired and obsessed with artists like Lara Jade, Sue Bryce, Brooke Shaden, Miss Aniela, Amanda Diaz and so many more, too many to list here. WEDDINGS

Weddings are fun but a lot of pressure so we try to limit the number of weddings we book so that we are able to fully deliver our best work. We limit them to approx 5 a year, with a few openings left in 2015, so if you are interested in reviewing our wedding contract and prices please feel free to contact us.

CREATIVE PROJECTS

I absolutely love to be creative and do shoots for my own enjoyment and often submit these images to various magazines and publications. I have been published locally in the Ocala Magazine February 2014 issue. I have also ben published in other publications such as Inspire Magazine, 500px, PHOTO ONE, Shot Magazine, and The Fine Art Photography Guilde, amongst others. I don’t normally charge for these sessions. I normally only ask that you provide your own wardrobe. If your chosen for a project I will give you details about the wardrobe specifics dependent upon the theme for the session. I provide the set or location and I normally give the models a copy of the best images from the session. I will retain all copyrights for these creative sessions.
