I am a special education teacher by day, working in Early Intervention, and a visual artist by night. I have been drawing and painting my whole life and do have some college training. I revieved a Nikon for Christmas 2009 from my rediculously thoughful husband and haven't been able to put it down since.

Despite all of my art training I have zero experience in photography. So I am learning on my own. Feel free to give me feedback, things you like or things that can be improved. I have recently started a side business using my new hobby.
