I had a foray into 35mm photography with a Canon SLR in the late 90s. I bought a digital compact a few years later and the SLR started gathering dust.

Before going to the Isle of Mann TT in 2010 I bought a Canon EOS1000D to make the most of what might be a once in a lifetime trip. I've now upgraded to a 5D mk II and started to take this more seriously.

I like landscapes,

I'm getting into flash,

I want to do more portraits,

I'm not brave enough for street photography,

I'm not against HDR, but don't often see it done well (least of all by me)

I haven't found my style yet...
