A little about me:

Although I am in my 40s, I'm new to photography. I like taking interesting photos and especially love taking pictures of my family and friends, activities we do and anything that catches my eye.

I got my Nikon D40 kit in January 2008. I'm still learning how to use it and having fun with it in the meantime. I look at others' photos here on Flickr to see what the different settings can do for me and what interesting subjects people have found. I'm open to new ideas and am the curious type.
