We, John's family, are sorry to share that he passed away on 26th November 2020. Thank you for the kind offers to pay for renewals of his Flickr account. We'll cover this ourselves and make sure the site stays live so that people around the world can continue to enjoy his 'life's work'.

Owing to ill health, there is a chance this site will go down after a year from now. I have just paid for another year's hosting by Flickr. If I can't find someone to look after the site from late 2021 (I would give them the money for renewals) then shame - it has been my 'life's work'.
