Hello,

 

Thank you for viewing my photographs and now my profile.

 

I have enjoyed taking random pictures since I was old enough to wind up my first point and shoot film camera. I was still growing up when the terms film speed and ASA were slowly becoming a rarity to hear. But as a rebellion to change I still call ISO ~ film speed or ASA. Photographers who grew up in those days get a chuckle out of my use of film terminology. You probably guessed by now I am pretty young, you're right. I'm in my twenties. I previously used many Kodak Digital point and shoot cameras. My last one was very good for a point n shoot, Kodak z981. You will see some of my older photos were taken with that camera.

 

In October, 2012, my brother Benjamin and I upgraded to Nikon dSLR's. This change was amazing. Our imaginations were no longer limited by the lack of features and physical range on the point and shoot cameras.

 

I enjoy photographing landscapes, nature, colorful birds, sun-rises/sets, lightning, storms, and a very select few portraits. I enjoy creating HDR (High Dynamic Rendering) images. Which in general, means strong detail with a vast dynamic light range.
