Some of the basic information about me is, I'm 16 years of age, and studying art at school, as you have probably guessed and from as i have just said, i am still at school in year 11 and almost into 6th form (year 12). I've been interested in art most of my life, although mainly pencil drawings as I find it brings forward a stronger feeling, than some of the 'modern' art which doesn't appeal to be what-so-ever.

Most of the images that I am going to be posting on this site are going to be pencil drawings, seeing as I enjoy doing them more than any other type of art, although a lot of which I am going to upload at the start of this site are from previous years, and mainly from when I started to concentrate a lot of my time on drawing, it may be a while before I upload recent pictures, as I haven't recreated any pencil drawings for the past 4 months (or more). The main part of pencil drawings that will be uploaded are going to be in black and white, because they can be used in different techniques to show a variety of moods/feelings, but I also feel that to use colours in drawings then they need to be used perfectly to create a realistic image, otherwise they turn out to look like a cartoon or anime image.

Other pieces of work that are going to be placed on this site are going to be paintings - acrylic, oil and perhaps watercolour - digital work that I have created on photoshop, 3d models that have been created on a range of software, e.g; 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or sketch-up. I may also upload photographs of scenery (if it appeals to me at the time) although I wouldn't count on much of that seeing as I prefer to draw and paint, or create, rather than take a basic picture of on object/animal. The paintings that are going to be uploaded will be of mainly mountain scenes, consisting of mountains placed in the background, the midground will more than likely contain a forest of some sort, and on occasion a waterfall leading through to a river or a lake, and the foreground will differ between each image depending on what objects I feel would suit the painting.

Some other information about me is that I'm an athlete/sprinter, and compete for a local club quite regularly, best events being out of 60m, 100m or 200m, I used to compete in High jump, although I've had to stop recently because of a trapped nerve in my lower back. I play the guitar and do a bit of vocal work at times, off which I started towards the start of 2010 - around April/May.

The main point for having this page is to help me advertise my work, and start me off for if I need it as a future job in designing (video game/FX), I have tried to promote my work multiple times before, although it didn't set off as well as I expected and stopped short of the mark, although I'm giving it another go and I'm more commited to it this time.
