This is a personal journal of my photo and myself who is suffering from chronic laziness. I’m trying to enjoy the research work around academics…..well, mostly tired in my research of saving the world, through.

I’m a member of Raysoda which is a great gallery for Korean amateur and professional photographers. You can find not many but some of my effort there, too.

I’m also a proud member of flickr. I love this community and post all my works there. The images on this photoblog are all ported from this lovely community. You can find my flickr page at,

You may already recognized the braille in my blog banner above. Yes, it’s true that braille is only readable by touch, but the idea that I put that braille (it’s mountainbread.org in braille) is to remind us diversity in our human community.

Also, I uses only grayish colors (well, a little bit of blue, too) for my blog design, so the color blind (my little son is partially color blinded and a good friend of mine either) can see the same design as the ‘non color blind’ see. I know these are not perfect at all by any means but I think it’s worth trying, at least….

In order to encourage myself not to loose flavor and enthusiasm for photo shooting, I’m participating in some communities like Photoblogs.org, and post my list my photo for PhotoFriday challenge with nickname ‘mountainbread’.

Kathy says:

One of my all time flickr favorites is Mountainbread’s “Red on Snow” photo. He transforms the often-overlooked signs and wonders in our lives into thoughtful visual and written commentary. A day without Mountainbread is like a day without my glasses. He helps me see the beauty all around me!
