I believe it is ethically, morally and, if one had the desire and funds to challenge to completion, legally wrong for a company to retroactively inform members they are now going to lose content, they believed and were told by the same company now blackmailing members by changing terms.

A grandfather clause should without doubt be applied. Fair enough, change terms as seen fit but not cause members to lose previously believed to be safe content.

Yet another example of how little these companies care for their customers.
