Morgan grew up on beautiful Stage Harbor her name itself means from the sea. After years of playing on the beach, fishing, and watching her father and his crew pack fish, Morgan knew she would be forever linked to this area as well as this way of life. In 2002 she married Gabe Parker, a Chatham fisherman with a love of nature. Together with their two young children, Morgan and Gabe go on long hikes, during which they bird-watch and search for photographic inspiration. Morgan’s eye has become adept at capturing rocky streams with churning water as well as abstract photos of nature. Water is a foundation of her being.

Photography has become a more recent passion for Morgan and her vision is developing into a love of natural abstract photography. On many of her outings Morgan loves to look at the more detailed part of the bigger picture. The beauty of the larger scene may hold something more beautiful close up.
