lights low - my photography portfolio

i rather enjoy photography... taking pictures of skies, water, architecture, live music, lights (and light trails!) and experimenting in low-light situations. Or trying to make the most mundane things look nice. Tea, teacups and the drinking of tea may all feature in this category :)

i'm based in west london, but i get to travel quite a bit as part of my job (which i am eternally grateful for!) and therefore photographs here can come from all corners of the UK and possibly the world. However London still proves a constant fascination...

i play guitar and sometimes attempt to sing in Ultraxine, a punky-pop-rock band, based in Leeds - where i spend a lot of weekends! Music is a big part of my life as well - so pictures often come out musically or lyrically themed.

i'd still count myself as a bit of a photographical newbie (any advice, hints, tips etc welcome!) and definitely need to practice...
