Most of my photos carry a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike license. This means you can share, distribute or display my photos, as well as make derivative works, as long as you

1) do not use it commercially;

2) attribute the work to AmandaK or mooncross and where possible, include the URL to my flickr.com account: www.flickr.com/photos/mooncross/

3) release any derivative or altered works based on my photographs under the same license as the original material.
