I am a graphic designer. I love guitars and The Moody Blues! I like to mess around with beautiful guitars. I am learning to play.
I have three Vintage guitars, one Univox Electric hollowbody from the 60's, a Yamaha acoustic from the 70's and a Lotus Strat Copy from the 80's. My friend Ray helped me put in new wiring and a Gibson PAF pickup in my Fat Strat copy, he also made a bone nut for it. It looks so cool with the nickel p'up, black mounting ring, white pick guard and black knobs! It sounds great too. He also made me a bone nut for the Yamaha and fixed the saddle. It plays like a dream. I have a new Samick, "Greg Bennet", dreadnought guitar that he set up for me and filed down the nut, took shims out from under the saddle and put some medium-light strings on it. Sweet!!!
I am an artist and published poet. I also love to write short stories.
I'm a JW, I was a Regular pioneer starting September 1, 2006. This means I was a full time minister. I got my appointment letter Sunday July 30, 2006! I got to go to Pioneer school! What an awesome privilege. I had to come off the list Feb. 2011 because of my health. I hope to work back up to that again.

Thanks Malanie for adding me, as I have you too since you did me. Like you I have always loved the Moody Blues. My favorite album by them is one that I can't remember the name of..lol. But it was when it first came out on LP instead of CD and it had the tune "Had to fall in love" on it and I remember also a tune on it called "Driftwood". My brother (who is 7 years older than me - I'm 49) seems to think that they might have had Bible studies with the Witnesses because of some of the lyrics on that album. Anyways Thanks again Malanie.
