Recently reconstructed by local craftsmen, Montecastello, a Tuscan stone building with fortified tower is situated on its own elevated position above the 15th century village Tavernelle.

This medieval dwelling stands in private grounds of mature oak and chestnut woodland and is skirted on two sides by crystal clear flowing streams sourced from the nearby Apennine Mountains which are presented as a panoramic view from the property’s natural plateau.
