Originally from the Bronx, New York, Saquan Stimpson is a Newark, Delaware-based freelance photographer specializing in photojournalism, events, and commercial work. A photojournalist by training, he has since shifted his sights to sports combining a keen interest in action and the ever-changing, unpredictable world of photographing athletes and the games they play.

Saquan has years of experience adapting to fluid situations—including unfamiliar locations, cantankerous subjects, rapidly-changing conditions, neurotic handlers and publicists (or most often, a combination thereof) — which has earned him the trust of editors.
