My first camera was an Olympus C4040, which I originally chose because it had a fast lens, which I wanted for taking bright night-time and club photos without the need for a flash. Then after 2 years of good service, it broke.

So instead of a repair I decided to bite the bullet and splash out on a digital SLR and it was the best money I ever spent. It's a Nikon D70. In my photos I use the the standard 18-70mm kit lens (with a circular polarizer), and a Sigma 30mm F1.4 EX DC HSM lens. My flash is a Nikon SB-600.
