Who We Are
Monash Public Library Service (MPLS) is a focus for community engagement, providing opportunities for life-long learning, social interaction, cultural inspiration and meaningful partnerships.
MPLS began operations in 1994 with the amalgamation of the former Cities of Oakleigh and Waverley. The Library service is provided through six branch libraries: Clayton, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Mulgrave, Oakleigh and Wheelers Hill, as well as a Home Library Service.
